PACKAGE ONE:

Full Payment upon booking and is non-refundable

Session Reschedule ONLY.

Must be rescheduled within 90 days of original scheduled session.
PACKAGE TWO:

Deposit or 50% ($337.50) is due upon booking and is non-refundable.

Refunds & Cancellation Fees:

Full Refund: If the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the first session, the remaining 50% will be refunded.

Partial Refund: If the cancellation occurs within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the first session, the remaining 50% will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first session will not be eligible for any refund.

PACKAGE THREE:

Deposit: 50% ($600) is due upon booking and is non-refundable.

Refunds & Cancellation Fees:

Full Refund: If the cancellation occurs at least 10 days before the first session, the remaining 50% will be refunded.

Partial Refund: If the cancellation occurs within 10 days but more than 72 hours before the first session, the remaining 50% will be refunded minus a $150 cancellation fee.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the first session will not be eligible for any refund.

VIP PACKAGE:

Deposit: 50% ($850) is due upon booking and is non-refundable.

Full Refund:If the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the first session, the remaining 50% will be refunded.

Partial Refund: If the cancellation occurs within 14 days but more than 5 days before the first session, the remaining 50% will be refunded minus a $200 cancellation fee.
