REFUND POLICY
COMPOSITION: The Private Experience (NYC)

PAYMENT PLAN (Retainer + Installments)

• A $250 retainer is non-refundable and reserves your spot. The retainer is applied to your total balance.

• On or before March 10, 2026: Any payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded, minus processing fees.

• After March 10, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

Replacement option: If you need to cancel, you may send a replacement dancer to take your spot. The replacement must complete the intake form and agree to pay any remaining balance to participate.

FULL PAYMENT

• On or before March 6, 2026: Full refund available, minus processing fees.

• March 7–10, 2026: 50% refund available, minus processing fees.

• After March 10, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
  
  
  IF NO REFUND APPLIES (Credit or Replacement)

• If a refund is not available based on the dates above, you may choose one of the following:

• Option 1 — Credit: Receive a credit equal to 50% of payments made beyond the $250 retainer (minus processing fees). Credit is valid for 6 months toward any future workshop or intensive offered by Rhapsody James.
   

• Option 2 — Replacement: Transfer your spot to a replacement dancer. Replacement information must be provided no later than March 12, 2026. If cancellation occurs after March 12, email info@rhapsodyjames.com for next steps (replacement is not guaranteed at that point).
  
  
  SESSION RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATIONS
   

• Due to the nature of this NYC trip and limited availability, rescheduling is not guaranteed. All reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled session.
  
  Late Arrival / No-Show

• Late arrivals will shorten the session time (sessions still end at the scheduled time).

• Arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may be treated as a no-show, and the session may be forfeited.
  
  Illness / Emergencies

• If an emergency arises, notify immediately. A reschedule may be offered based on remaining availability. If no replacement slot exists during the NYC intensive week, the retainer remains non-refundable and the session may be forfeited.
  
  Photo Session

• If the photo session is missed or cancelled late, the photo portion is forfeited and there will be no makeup session.
